GitHub Data: When you connect your GitHub account, we access your connected repositories and commit information. This data is used solely to generate social media posts based on your commits.
Generated Content: We store social media posts generated from your commits and any saved ideas you choose to store in your account.
Usage Data: We collect cookies and session data to maintain your login session and improve the user experience on our platform.
2. Use of Information
Account Information: Your email address is used for account management, service-related communications, and providing access to our platform.
GitHub Data: Your repository and commit information is processed by our AI to generate social media posts. We only access repositories that you explicitly connect and do not access any other data from your GitHub account.
Generated Content: Your generated posts and saved ideas are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your account.
Usage Data: Cookies and session data are used to maintain your login session and improve the functionality of our service.
3. Sharing of Data
We do not sell, trade, or share your email address, GitHub data, or generated content with third parties, except as necessary to provide services (e.g., payment processors, AI service providers for content generation) or comply with legal obligations.
When you connect your GitHub account, we use GitHub's API to access your repositories. Your GitHub data is processed according to GitHub's terms of service and our service agreement.

We use cookies to maintain your login session and enhance your experience on our platform. Additionally, you can stop using our services at any time, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.
7. Data Retention
If you do not subscribe after the 7-day free trial, all user data, including connected repositories, generated posts, and saved ideas, will be deleted a few days after the trial period ends. Your email address may be retained for future communication unless you request its deletion. For active subscribers, we retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.
8. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. You will be notified of any changes via email.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Romania.
